YE Shuangshuang graduated from Dalian Marine University in 2012 with a bachelor’s degree in Nautical Science. Upon graduation, he worked onboard as a deck officer for a leading Chinese shipping company and came ashore in 2025 with his last position as Chief officer of an ocean-going vessel.

After spending more than a decade at sea, he possesses in-depth operational expertise in all aspects of ship management, navigation, cargo handling and emergency response. He is also legally qualified as a lawyer in China. The combination of his seagoing experience and legal knowledge gives him an unique advantage in handling marine claims.
